The Division is an active member of the North Central Metro Primary Care Partnership. This is a voluntary alliance of over 60 health and community care agencies in the cities of Yarra, Darebin, and Whittlesea.

The Footholds on Safety Project

The NCMPCP Foothold on Safety Project has developed a range of falls prevention resources such as services directories and exercise directories for older persons. These resources which are specific to Darebin, Whittlesea and Yarra can be accessed by clicking here.
