Green Gym offers simultaneous involvement in physical activity and volunteering. Green Gym is an enjoyable alternative to traditional organised sport and fitness. Northern Migrant Resource Centre (NMRC) 259 High St, Preston Contact: Denise Goldfinch, 9484 7944 NMRC is a Government funded organization that provides support and services for migrant groups in the northern suburbs of Melbourne. Services centre around migrant groups that are disadvantaged and/or unrepresented within the community. Services cater for the elderly as well as all other age groups. Fields of support include weight management, nutrition and physical activity.
