Division Programs

Overview 

The Division offers a range of programs with a specific GP focus to support best practice in the management of people with chronic disease.

Support and resources are available to practices to suit individual practice needs. The Division acknowledges the structure and size differences in general practice today.

From a solo GP practice and across the spectrum to large, multidisciplinary super-clinics and Community Health Centres, the Division is well placed to offer its services to GPs, Nurses and other Practice staff.
