Comprehensive Medical Assessment (CMA) templates Templates for CMA are available for Medical Director and Genie users, or in paper form.
CMA for Medical Director Available from North East Valley Division website
CMA for Genie The Genie file contains: - templates for the CMA and cover letter - instructions for importing the templates into Genie.
To download the file on to your PC: 1. Right click on Genie and select <Save Target As>. 2. Select a location on hard drive (which you can find later). 3. Click <OK> to save the file on your PC.
To open the zip file, double click on Genie.zip. A list of three files will be displayed. Genie template files have 4wt file extensions.
