Calls for Nomination - GP representation sought on Advisory Committees

General Practice Victoria (GPV) provides representatives for committees:

  • auspiced by a statewide body, or which have a statewide brief. (AGPN deals with the national level; divisions deal with the local level).
  • genuinely needing GP/division input.
  • with aims and activities that are in line with GPV's strategic goals.

Representation can take a number of forms. GPV may:

  • send a staff member as a representative;
  • through divisions call for nominations from interested GPs and then select the most appropriate GP;
  • seek and provide feedback from all relevant divisions; and/or
  • seek and provide feedback from the Board of GPV comprising 8 GPs from across Victoria.
